Join us each spring reboot Saturday to reconnect your mind, body and spirit, while jumpstarting your spring fitness goals.
Class will begin with professionally guided up-regulating breath work to enhance performance. Once your respiratory system is fired up, we will then take you through an artfully designed warm up that combines circular movement strategies and timeless yoga techniques to generative synovial fluid and maximize training efficacy.
We will proceed by practicing injury alleviation techniques, utilizing ancient judo methods designed to drastically reduce the possibility of injury and improve overall range of motion.
We will transition into fundamental footwork, utilizing Dutch-style kickboxing techniques that harness repetitive movement to calibrate your body. These techniques are proven to enhance hand-eye coordination, distance and reaction time.
We will then translate these movements into focused mitt-work and interactive drills designed to provide a full-body workout for for professional athletes and wellness enthusiasts alike. We will conclude our reboot with a metabolic weightlifting circuit to introduce proper weightlifting techniques, increase strength, and increase explosivity.
